部署时有这个警告 但是可以运行 一运行就出现一个exception错误 两个root错误

你是运行显示首页报的错误吗？那系统能使用不？

在tomcat里能够运行的 但是部署到Myeclipse里就出现这样的错误，以前用的xp系统 这样部署一点问题都没有，改了win7以后就出现这样错误，系统在myeclipse里不能用。

是不是win7系统的缘故，在win7里是不是得把tomcat安装到C盘以外的盘里？

你以前xp系统也是在myeclipse里面部署，可以使用？

嗯，两台机器，另一台是xp现在运行的挺好，在win7里边同样的部署就是运行不了
