是的，我是直接解压的，这个有关系吗？后缀不是tar呀，是zip所以就直接解压了，删除了webapps下原有的默认ROOT把安装包里的ROOT复制到webapps目录下，在浏览器上输入http://192.168.128.142:8080/，就开始安装了，直到出现登陆后台页面，后台可以进入。模板是乱码，首页不可以进入。这就是这几个礼拜的情况。我把咱们的程序发给我的搞BSD，linux的朋友让他试了试，也是同样结果。肯定是我那个地方搞错了没有掌握好，还请版主帮助我，谢谢

我把t这个文件夹install后上传单独上传和install前上传单独上传都是下面的提示“找不到首页.html"这是怎么回事啊，windows一装就好，unix,BSD,linux怎么装就是不行。这个文件就在#/var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/t/cms/www/red/index下面，而且权限是777，可就是显示不了首页。

我也是同样的问题，用ubuntu server安装后， 后台可以进，但进主页提示找不到主页。看根目录，主页在提示出错的位置。难道就没有其他人遇到过同样的问题吗

补充下，是用Secure Shell Client上传的，没什么问题啊，但是就是不显示主页啊。
