安装的时候报这个错误。

我用的版本是
jeecms ：jeecms-2012.zip
tomcat ： apache-tomcat-6.0.24
JDK：jdk1.6.0_24
mysql：mysql5.1
无论是linux环境，还是windows上安装都是报这个错误。
日志虽然报错，但是界面上仍然提示安装成功，并且jeecms系统可以使用，但是后台使用上感觉有一些不对，不知道是不是安装的不完善还是操作问题。
另外，再问一下，jeecms有一套自己的数据库，自己的用户表，如何才能和我们公司的用户关联起来呢？
